"Really poor communication"
The weird part is, it wasn’t even like I was asking for anything complicated. They barely replied at all, and when they did, the answers weren’t really helpful. I was left feeling like I had to keep chasing them just to get basic information.

"Not as close as I thought"
The location wasn’t as convenient as I expected. It felt a bit out of the way, which made things more annoying than planned. On top of that, it kind of works when it wants to, so the whole experience was just frustrating.

"Check-in was really confusing"
Check-in was kind of a mess. The codes came late, and then the instructions didn’t really line up, the email said one thing, but the checkout rules seemed to say something else. It just made the whole process more confusing than it needed to be.

"Deposit came back without any hassle"
I was kind of unsure about the deposit at first, just because you never really know with these things. But after we checked out, it was refunded quickly and pretty much exactly like they said it would be. No chasing anyone down or random extra fees, so I was happy with how it turned out.

"Really nice stay, umm, had everything we needed"
We stayed here with my family and, umm, it was nicer than we were expecting. The furniture was comfortable, the beds were clean and didn’t feel worn out, and the kitchen had pretty much everything we needed. The pool area was great, and the kids had a lot of fun in the game room. Nothing felt cheap or like it was missing. We’d definitely book with Reunion Vacation Homes again.

"I had to follow up twice before getting..."
I had to follow up twice before getting a real response, and by the time they replied, it didn’t really solve much. Maybe this is just how their support usually works, but it felt like I was doing the chasing instead of getting help...

"Quick AC fix while we were there"
We had a small issue with the AC during our stay, and they had someone come out the same day, which was great. The guy was friendly, got it fixed quickly, and there was no hassle at all. Really appreciated how easy they made it.

We walked in and the place was in great shape. Everything felt clean and comfy, and nothing had that worn-out or overused feel you sometimes get. It was just an easy, pleasant stay from the start.

"Loved the pool and spa"
We really enjoyed the pool, and the spa was great too, it stayed nice and hot the whole time. Couldn't ask for much more.

"Too expensive for what it was"
The house was fine overall, but I don’t think it was worth what we paid. The extra fees added up really quickly, and a few things around the place felt worn out. The location was decent, but for the price, I expected a lot more. I also got stuck in a support loop when I tried asking about some fees, getting passed around without a clear answer, which was frustrating.
